Daleep Singh (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the PDF Converter mobile application (the “App”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App.

1. Information Collection and Use
We do not collect personally identifiable information (such as your name or email address) unless you voluntarily contact us. However, the App may collect certain non-personal data and requires specific device permissions to function.
A. Device Permissions
To provide our PDF conversion services, PDF Converter requires the following permissions:
- Storage Access (Read/Write): Required to select images or documents from your device and to save the converted PDF files to your internal storage.
- Camera Access: Required if you use the scanner feature to capture images of documents for conversion.
B. File Processing (Local Only)
We value your privacy. All file conversion operations (e.g., Image to PDF, merging, splitting) are performed locally on your device. We do not upload your documents, images, or PDF files to any external server. Your files remain private and secure on your phone.
C. Log Data
Whenever you use our App, in a case of an error in the App, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
2. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you (e.g., Advertising IDs). We use these services to improve app performance and display advertisements.

3. Advertising

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting your Android device settings: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization.
4. Security
We value your trust in providing us with your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
5. Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
